01

What an inquiry contains

The form asks for a return email, an area of interest and a brief description of your inquiry. An organization name or alias is optional. Do not include passwords, access tokens, classified material, personal records, confidential technical details or active incident information.

02

How information is used

Information submitted through the form is used to review and respond to your inquiry and to consider a potential engagement. The form sends the information through the website’s configured email service. It does not create a public submission or a website account.

The website application does not maintain a separate database of inquiry content. Inquiries may remain in the receiving mailbox and in the records or backups of hosting and email providers. Those services have their own configured access and retention arrangements. Do not assume immediate or automatic deletion.

03

Browser storage and service records

This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics or externally hosted fonts. Essential session cookies support the contact form’s request-verification controls. A session storage setting remembers your motion preference for the current tab.

The hosting service may record standard request information, including IP addresses, timestamps and browser details. The form uses short-lived, hashed IP-based counters to limit abuse. These controls are not used for advertising, and a hashed identifier should not be treated as a guarantee of anonymity.

04

The limits of this channel

This is a standard website inquiry form. It is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging service, a secure evidence-transfer system or an emergency response channel. Website transport security does not make email delivery end-to-end encrypted.

Submitting an inquiry does not establish a client relationship, an obligation to respond within a particular period, or a confidentiality agreement. Sensitive information should only be exchanged after suitable arrangements have been agreed.

05

Questions about your information

Use the contact page to ask about an earlier inquiry or to request removal of information you supplied. Include the inquiry reference when available, but do not send additional sensitive information. Verification may be necessary before action can be taken.
